Tone Software's Updated Voice Management Solution Honored for Capabilities

Voice management solutions provider Tone Software might be busy at Enterprise Connect (News - Alert) this week spreading the word about its latest ReliaTel Management Solution 4.0 Release, but that doesn’t mean the company didn’t take in a moment today to bask in the good news that its latest solution was just named Product of the Week by NetworkWorld.

This week, NetworkWorld commemorated Tone Software (News - Alert) for its ReliaTel Management Solution 4.0 Release, which was developed to address the needs of MSPs, integrators and enterprises. The 4.0 release optimizes operations while providing management views that bolster operational efficiency, lower costs, and improve the ROI on voice over IP (VoIP) and unified communications (UC) investments, according to company officials. At its booth, Tone Software will be performing live demonstrations of the release, specifically the new Advanced Performance Dashboards.

“The ReliaTel 4.0 Dashboards provide a unique, unified portal to not only view key operational metrics in easily digestible graphical representations, but they also provide complete alarm management, extended diagnostics, and remote access capabilities without ever leaving the portal,” Tracey Whitney, director of marketing at Tone Software, told TMCnet in a recent interview. 

“ReliaTel 4.0 dashboards provide IT management with clear visibility into key operational performance trends, while directly empowering support teams to speed up response times and expedite diagnostics and resolution of issues that affect voice and network quality, performance, and service levels,” she added.  

While at Enterprise Connect – a communications and collaboration trade show taking place March 26-29 in Orlando, Fla. – Tone Software is shedding light on its upgraded solution and the fact that the voice management offering can significantly streamline the workflow of how technical teams anticipate, diagnose, and resolve service-impacting issues because the solution is designed to deliver intelligent information specific to the device and issue occurring.
