C3 Unveils Latest Update to its Fusion IVR Software
C3 has released Fusion IVR 1.4.0, the latest release of its intuitive call-handling platform. Fusion IVR lets users develop and deploy interactive voice response services. Included in the newest update is a debugging application that functions entirely over the Internet through a user-friendly interface.
