nTelos Wireless has announced preorders are now available for the iPhone 4S, which will land in the company’s retail stores on Friday, April 20. Never heard of nTelos? They’re a small regional carrier servicing Virgina and West Virginia, but their reach also extends to Maryland, Ohio, Kentucky and North Carolina as well.
