360 Vantage Helps Pharmaceutical Company Improves Sales Automation
CRM, or customer relationship management, is a strategic business tool that helps companies streamline their sales and marketing business processes and can increase revenue by attracting and retaining customers and shortening the time it takes to close a sales deal, according to Samara Lynn. It’s a vital tool for any company.
Some vendors even believe it can prevent future terrorist attacks and responding to them if they occur, combining disparate data from many sources.
360 Vantage delivers its solutions as a cloud-based service via laptops and the iPad, giving sales reps user-friendly access to accurate, real-time customer data, market intelligence and reporting. Using 360 Vantage solutions, the company will also be able to distribute and track marketing assets and sales aids over their iPads to improve their effectiveness in the field and reduce print production costs, according to the press release.

"Teradata's experience with in-database mining and the success of the optimization project enables Mobiltel to generate maximum business value and perform successful CRM campaigns," he said in a press release.
Syilen Stovanov of Mobiltel agrees that it will cut time and cost. "The project allowed us to create a centralized environment for data mining and to minimize the operation efforts and cost as well,” he said. “The performance optimization and in-database solution accelerate the scoring of the business models. This optimized data analytics environment means the business units can react faster to competitive changes or new customer needs with more effective marketing."

TribeHR Expands Social HR Software Solutions, Improves Workplace Cultures
Share
TribeHR recently announced it has increased the capabilities of its online service, now including improved values and social goals within the corporate environment.
"Great companies are built around strong cultures, but the tools to manage and measure culture in the workplace were unavailable to small and medium businesses until now,” said Joseph Fung, CEO of TribeHR. “Our approach to HR has always been social, open and measurable. Our new version takes this a step further by directly connecting employee behavior and accomplishments to values and results. We call it rhythm – it gives an organization the ability to measure and constantly enhance its culture in real-time."
Story continues below ↓The new release enables organizations to document, present and consolidate their workplace principles and organizational strengths. By defining their core values, organizations can easily align and recognize all employee activity, goals and social initiatives on a public platform. The TribeHR solution stores pertinent information, easily accessible by employees and managers allowing for a more accurate and faster performance review process.
The latest offering from TribeHR builds on the capabilities of its popular and award-winning social service suite, which essentially supports organizations in the development of a robust workplace culture. It also grants support for social goals, which means individual goals can be shared with other employees in the company.
Companies will be able to better share and measure their core values, which in turn help them improve and enhance their corporate culture. Since individual goals and accomplishment can be aligned with corporate values, companies can recognize individual employees who inculcate and display those values and present them as model employees to motivate other employees.
"Our new release enhances our HR suite by extending our integrated time off tracking, employee directory database and application tracking and performance management suite with the capacity to measure and promote a company's culture,” added Fung. “For the first time, companies can now manage and monitor their corporate culture in real-time."

Soffront CRM Improves Efficiency for Imagetek
Soffront CRM is improving efficiency and providing a more comprehensive view of the customer for Imagetek, a national leader in the enterprise content management (ECM) and business process automation industry.
Soffront Software, a specialist in providing mid-market CRM software, notes that Imagetek was searching for a CRM solution to improve efficiency and provide companywide access to all aspects of their business.
After evaluating established CRM vendors such as Goldmine, Imagetek decided on Soffront Software, purchased all of the Soffront modules and began a phased roll out.
Kyle Foster, director of Research and Development at Imagetek noted that it selected Soffront Software because of the product’s range and flexibility. Imagetek did come across few products that addressed it requirements but found Soffront to be the most powerful.
Soffront has increased Imagetek’s capabilities and appreciates the scalable product that can be customized to do anything they require.
"Hardware uses it to better track assets for service requirements, sales can more effectively understand the client's contracted professional and technical services, and marketing can better track leads. Additionally, everything is available on the customer portal for our customers to log in and see any outstanding issues and resolutions," said Foster.
"I can conservatively estimate we have improved efficiency by at least twenty percent. As we continue to deploy the product, we expect to ultimately achieve a seventy-five percent increase in efficiency."
Soffront Software was in news earlier this year for signing a partnership with CBM Services that selected Soffront’s integrated CRM system to implement across all of its departments.
