Judge States Samsung Failed to Preserve E-mail Evidence

Resource Center How to add an autodiscover record in a DNS (Exchange 2010) How to check the size of a mailbox (Exchange 2010) How to configure a Sender Policy Framework (SPF) record (Exchange 2010) How to make an Offline Address Book and an Out of Office Assistant work (Exchange 2010) How to forward emails from an external domain to a Sherweb mailbox (Exchange 2010) Customer Testimonials Dale Coffing"I wanted to get in touch since I am a new customer and I really haven't had the need to contact you. I started a little over 4 months ago and I just wanted to say everything works. You all are a great example of how a service should work in that it simply works and I never need contact you. I know that seems like "so what?" but for the excellent pricing that SherWeb offers I must say I was a little hesitant to use you at first. Since I use a Windows Mobile 6 phone it was important to me to have an Exchange 2007 server so that the awesome new and additional features would be available to me on my phone. Thanks for being so good that I never need to call yet I know you are only phone call away if needed." Tim Tucholka"I just signed up with your Exchange and BlackBerry service, and WOW am I impressed! It took me less than 20 minutes to sign up, set my mx records, sign in and activate my BlackBerry sync. You guys really have a slick system setup here! Thanks!!"

datacenter.

Finally this week, InterCall (News - Alert), a large conferencing and collaboration services provider, launched its e-mail hosting solution, Microsoft Office 365, that will benefit small businesses via its eCommerce portal.

In a press release, Kathleen Finato, senior vice president of Marketing and Business Development at InterCall, said, “The InterCall solution for Office 365 drives productivity gains and saves time and money for small business owners. It enables companies to access shared calendars and e-mails from anywhere, collaborate on documents, launch ad hoc meetings, and leverage all the savings of cloud-based communications without an on-premise technology investment.”

The company’s Office 365 plans offer tools including Productivity Start-up and Lync Online that are seamlessly integrated with audio conferencing and ideal for SMBs in the U.S. In fact, to educate these businesses on the major benefits that can seen with combining audio with Office 365, InterCall will launch its "Redefining the Cloud" advertising campaign. These will power business productivity resources, previously available only to mid-sized to large companies.
