TMCnet's SIP Trunking Week in Review

It was a busy week in the SIP Trunking sector. Here are some of the major stories from TMCnet.

Law firm Irwin Mitchell recently selected InTechnology, a cloud provider, for its communications needs. The law firm said it will now lower costs by shifting from ISDN to SIP trunks. Irwin Mitchell has over 2,000 employees.


In another story, TMCnet’s Michelle Amodio reported that IntelePere launched two new cloud-based service bundles in the Unified Communications (News - Alert) (UC) market.  The company says that IntelePeer CoreCloud UC and IntelePeer CoreCloud UC Wireless provide the benefits of a UC solution while integrating the CoreCloud SIP Trunking for connectivity between old and new solutions.

It was also reported on TMCnet that Frost & Sullivan (News - Alert) awarded its North American Product Differentiation Award for Enterprise Session Management to Avaya for its communications architecture Avaya (News
