This week, NetworkWorld commemorated Tone Software (News - Alert) for its ReliaTel Management Solution 4.0 Release, which was developed to address the needs of MSPs, integrators and enterprises. The 4.0 release optimizes operations while providing management views that bolster operational efficiency, lower costs, and improve the ROI on voice over IP (VoIP) and unified communications (UC) investments, according to company officials. While at Enterprise Connect – a communications and collaboration trade show taking place March 26-29 in Orlando, Fla. – Tone Software is shedding light on its upgraded solution and the fact that the voice management offering can significantly streamline the workflow of how technical teams anticipate, diagnose, and resolve service-impacting issues because the solution is designed to deliver intelligent information specific to the device and issue occurring.
