Voxeo Unveils Security Suite to Tackle Consumer Fraud

HMRC Call Volume Requires Fresh Influx of EmployeesIt's a strange position HMRC (HM Revenue and Customs) has found itself in; the sheer volume of calls it's receiving in a day has required the organization to look into fresh employees. To that end, HMRC has announced plans to hire in 1,000 extra call center staffers, with more investment planned for 2013, just to keep up with the call volume.
