Got an App Idea? App Idol Could Make It Happen -- And Give You $1000

Have you ever had an awesome idea for an app? But you don't know how to code, and you don't have friends who are developers, and you've got a day job and a busy life, and you just know that idea is never going to go anywhere?

Well, iPhoneAppCafe's App Idol competition could make your app a reality -- the winning app idea will be developed by Locassa, and the winner will receive $1,000. The competition is on now, and the winner will be announced August 16. 

App Idol? Like American Idol? You bet. The idea submissions will be judged by a four-member panel (no word on who's Paula and who's Steven Tyler), and besides the $1,000 prize money, the winner will have their app developed by pros, plus get help with marketing and the launch, AND a share of the revenue.
